I have to say that I have been pleased with past orders. But customer service lacks any kind of care. I placed an order last week when a special was going on for some new gummie flavors and on the website it stated if you order by such and such date you will have by 420 to enjoy 420. Well 420 is here and no gummies and customer service did not even offer an apology. I probably will order again but not if any guaranteed delivery date is stated. My 420 party is ruined.
