Just got the Gummies in yesterday. Took one around 5:00 pm and felt it calmed me down (had a bad aggravating day yesterday). Waited 2 hours , felt calmer but not sleepy. So took another and then after 30 mins. or so felt like I could relax and go to sleep. And yes I did and had a better nights sleep. Had tried CBD from another company a couple of years ago. No benefit, but I like these and if they continue to work for me I will continue to order from Cheech and Chong. Thanks guys.
