I use a Walker.I'm 76, but I don't like to have negative emotions.So I'll take one and a 1/2 and it'll calm me down and smoothed me out.I can't smoke anymore.My lungs are too sensitive but I love cheech.And Chong and their product is outstanding.Especially for an older guy like me.That wants to just be calm and enjoy his golden years
