We had 4 tickets booked for an event at the racetrack and unfortunately my sister who is also a cancer patient become unwell and was taken back into hospital. Before the event I emailed them and explained the situation that we were not able to attend. They then said they could not help unless I provided evidence that my sister was in hospital, which I did. After numerous emails I have only been offered a credit for my sisters ticket only???????????? I am now in the process of giving my sisters ticket to the Managing Director as I feel their need is more than mine. If booking tickets be a 100% sure that you do not become ill as you do not want to go through what I just have with them.
