The multiple attempts to have a personal call back that would have prevented me paying double for an inferior product that the etching was poor on the necklace that was resent to my sisters home address about a month or 6 weeks later or a few thereafter her husbands epic death . What an expensive debacle of a doubly charged order with no response from any Chendom PR rep at my expense with totally being seriously disappointed, and apologetic with what became an expensive disappointment.
