I have been highly impressed with both the beautiful product I received and the excellent service provided by Cherished Urns. The product itself is lovely. I gifted my Grandfather's ashes transformed into a ring to my Mother, and she is absolutely thrilled with it. In terms of service, I felt that every care was taken to ensure that my Grandfather's ashes were treated with the utmost respect and diligence. Unused ashes were returned too, which I was thankful for. The package to collect the ashes arrived very promptly, and delivery of the final product was within the specified time. They ensured to communicate with me from the offset that the timescale was slightly longer due to COVID issues, which was understandable. I would certainly recommend them!
