Never received my order. Chased for over 2 weeks - and having told me twice it had been dispatched on 2 separate dates they finally admitted it was a miscommunication between customer services, the fulfilment centre and their buying team and they never had the items to deliver. They messed me about, stopped taking calls forcing me to communicate solely by emall and blamed Royal Mail strikes. It was a housewarming gift that never arrived.
