Maybe a great product but the customer service is shocking.
We placed an order for £100+ and we haven't received any confirmation of delivery or tracking. We have telephoned many times and no answer, message left and no response, emails sent listing order numbers etc and no response.
Good job we paid through PayPal money back guarantee.
