It is completely unfair that my account has been closed, especially after more than five years of playing. My account was shut down without any explanation after I won a game against an American opponent. I believe I have the right to know why this action was taken. Despite my appeal, I have not received any response or clarification regarding the decision. It's disappointing to see that any disgruntled opponent can seemingly report a player, resulting in account closure without a reasonable explanation. I strongly urge others to be cautious of this application due to the lack of transparency.
