When I first went to chess for my broadband I was put on a 5year contract that I wasn’t aware of until I tried to extricate myself from it . The charges were prohibitive so I stayed with them . Since then I have been able to negotiate a lower monthly payment and a shorter contract period . I feel the company have improved greatly and the service I now receive is very good . I believe they are attempting to make further improvements as they grow .
