After a business relationship lasting over 12 years and after we had paid the amount that Chess calculated to be outstanding - and that we paid - Chess then decided that they had mis-calculated what was owing and demanded a further £96 to settle and then instructed debt collectors to collect.
For the sake of £96 we paid this amount as the amount was small and the work involved to fight a court case would be disproportionate.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and AVOID!
