Russell was great. I had loads of questions which he was more than able to answer, he wasn't a pushy salesman, he had lots of patience, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. So I bought the bike. I had only gone to buy a gear cable 🤣When I collected my brand new bike 2 days later Chris was great he explained everything I needed to know, fitted all my extra bits and pieces which I purchased with my 10%off great service!! Would definately recommend as the service is fab. I'm glad I didn't buy it off the Internet as the personal touch made buying my new purple trek bike a so much nicer experience.
