I ordered from the website and received my items on April 7. I had had surgery on April 5 on my shoulder and was unable to try the clothing on when I received it. I tried the clothing on a few weeks later, when I was able to move my arm and realized that the two shirts were too small. I reached out to customer service only to exchange, the two tops and was told that I couldn’t exchange it because they only give 14 days. I explain to them multiple times my situation with surgery and reiterated that I didn’t want to refund, only an exchange. They continue to offer me five dollars or $10 off my next order, but refused to exchange the tops , I will never order from them again because Customer Service is a top priority, and they couldn’t make an exception, knowing that I had had surgery. I realize for me that good customer service is better than anything else and they definitely don’t have it!
