Received notification that 1 of the 4 items was out of stock. It was a baby doll. I asked when would it be in stock. They didn't answer question. I said to send me the same thing but in a different color (black). They asked me if I wanted to swap out the sweater for the black baby doll. I said no I wanted them to send the baby doll that was out of stock with a black one. They replied back the sweater is out of stock. I replied back that if the original baby doll was in stock again send it, if not send me it in black. What I received was the original baby doll, the same baby doll in black and the other two items. No sweater. Took 2 months to get it. So now I paid more than I should have and received two of the same thing. When we tried on the Xlarge items they were more like a medium. Final response from Chic me through email and through their chat was "You received your merchandise and can't go back on it now". Paid a bunch of money to throw away everything.
