Never bothered to send my order as an item wasn’t in stock, but they didn’t cancel my order or let me know that the items wernt in stock they just kept telling me to wait 3-5 days, it got to 16 days and 2 days before I needed the outfit I contacted them again for them to only then tell me it was never shipped, they said they would send the items they had in stock then once the other dress was back in stock which would be at least another 10 days then they would send it (why they wouldn’t just send the items they had in stock to begin with I don’t know) I told them it would be too late and just cancel the order and refund me, they then replied saying there were gonna ship the items that day which I replied again explaining I didn’t need them so please don’t send them, they then told me I needed to pay 10% cancellation fee in order to that, even though the whole mix up was on them.
I then replied to say that won’t be happening and I’ll be taking it further if so, luckily I paid through clear pay and send all the screenshots to them to they opened a dispute and chicme then refunded my money.
First and last time I’ll ever order from there.
