I am not happy at all. I sent my first dress back to them and the second one they sent back had pit stains that looked like oil. Clearly, someone had worn the dress and in COVID19 times, I am not happy to share body fluids with other people. When I contacted them to tell them about it, they said they can only give me 20% from the dress but not much else unless I return the dress. The wedding is on Friday and I am a bridesmaid. I cannot resend the dress in case it does not return on time. Please don't use these guys. They are not reliable at all and will send you unwashed dresses other people have worn.
