I will never buy from here again. I brought a bridesmaid dress for my Daughter to wear at my Dads Wedding. Which arrived at the same time as my Dad was taken to ICU and ventilated due to COVID. Understandably I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to be looking at things for my Dads wedding that at the time he was unlikely to survive. 3 months later thankfully he came out of his coma and survived. At this point I looked at the dress which was advertised as champagne but was actually dusky pink which didn’t match the wedding theme at all and all the items already purchased. The dress is still being sold by the company and has all its original packaging and tags so I kindly explained the situation my family had been in and the reason for the delay and was met by a brick wall of “there’s nothing we can do it’s outside the return policy” which I was aware of but expected some discretion and decency considering the situation my family has found themselves in. A small gesture of return would have had zero impact on this company but would have meant the world to my family who have experienced financial difficulty as my Dad has been so unwell and been unable to work due to his illness. Shame on your morals and unwillingness to make an exception in such rare circumstances. Truly hurt and disappointed in such awful customer service.
