Well done chi chi for sending out poorly made, damaged clothing and still charging money!!!! Sent out a dress that looked like a return item, screwed up and creased and beads missing........agreed to replace the item and sent out another with beads all loose......I returned it for a refund and they refunded MINUS the shipping charge! So basically a company that sends out shoddy items, doesn't refund easily (multiple emails back n forth before they agreed) and charge postage for sending said items Wouldn't mind paying the postage if I had something to show for it Once they agreed a refund this was done quickly once they received the item back but the process of multiple emails to get them to agree is long
