BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE If I could give 0 stars I would Worst customer service I have ever experienced I returned my package 28th July as proof of postage. Via Pre paid shipping label by chi chi London US. It is now September 5th and still no refund. I reached out to their awful customer service who informed me they were not responsible and to reach out to courier. THEY ARE SCAMMERS First of all - they sent me an email for a pre-paid label of courier THEY use called RE-bound -secondly I can’t contact them because they only deal with the retailer. Vicious cycle . I’m a highly disgusted with how I’ve been treated and I’ve screenshotted all the lies and will take this as far as I can They are breaking consumer right acts and I know my rights .
