DO NOT BUY FROM CHI CHI LONDON! Report to The Ombudsman for Retail. Yet another review to say they DONT refund returned products. They clearly rob people of their well earned money and to add insult to injury only take the time to reply to positive feedback and ignore all the negatives. As they are a registered business I have reported to the ombudsman for retail and I recommend everyone else does too. Maybe then this company will get it's comeuppance! 7 weeks and still no refund for me even after numerous emails confirming it is on its way utter rubbish! Useless company with useless customer service staff!
