I ordered a dress which wasn't suitable so I returned it. In the small print it says refunds can take up to 28 days. When it was approaching 28 days, I contacted chi chi who told me it would take 28 days for refund. When it came to day 29, I messaged again with no reply then a couple of days later with no reply. I then disputed the transaction with my credit card. The next day chi chi emailed me to apologise for the delay and their refunds team are working on it. Now day 36, my credit card messaged me to say that they will refund me tomorrow. Lovely dresses but not worth the hassle of the returns process. Poor communication and after sales.
