I ordered a dress which I returned and received confirmation on the 4th July they received it in the warehouse. 48 days later I am still waiting on a refund! I have sent them a number of emails and at first they did reply apologising saying they would issue the refund as soon as possible but now they just ignore my emails. I have messaged them on social media but still no response and I am quickly seeing that this is what this company do as there are lots of people not receiving refunds. Do not order from them! I have had to tick 1 star on this review however it’s worthy of 0 as I will never order from them again. I don’t know how they are getting away with keeping peoples money! Please be aware and don’t order!
