No refund given. Spent £60 on a dress that tore down the sides as I wore it. Im a size 8 and bought a size 10 so there would be plenty of space for dancing in at a wedding. So embarrassed that the dress I chose to wear split down both sides due to the obviously cheap quality. I was told to return the dress which I did at the beginning of July. No response to emails since returning it and receiving confirmation they received it, and specifically no refund to this day. They are an appalling company. Dont be fooled by the glamour of their website. Cheap dresses, appalling customer service. Disgraceful pathetic company.
