Haven't returned money back I bought 5 dresses. Only one fit well, the rest were two big. I returned them to the store and received their confirmation of the receipt on 14th July 2023. They say in their policy that they refund returned goods as quickly as rthey can. It can take up to 28 days for thereturn to be processed, and a further 2-5 working days for the refund to either enter your account. It has been 52 days since they confirmed the receipt of the goods and I still haven't received my money back despite two emails I sent them. In case a Chi Chi London customer team member reads this, the number of my order is 571576.
