This company used to be brilliant, however last year I bought two dresses from them but had to return it. I spent ages chasing for my refund with no response whatsoever. Thankfully I had the email from them confirming my return as well as them stating that they will send me my refund so I disputed both charges with my bank. Thankfully, I’ve got my money back, but for them to continue to advertise and sell clothing knowing that they are not going to send anything to people is absolutely criminal. I believe the company has gone into liquidation and maybe creditors are trying to get the money back, which is why they are scamming people.
