Having purchased a feeder, a drinker and a couple of stands back in October, I am still waiting for the refund on the second stand that did not arrive in the order.
I called to say that it had not turned up, and not to bother sending another, I'd like a refund, to be told that it would 'be dealt with'.
I have tried to call a number of times since, but have not managed to get through. As far as I am concerned they have stolen money from me, so will be highly recommending that others find an alternative supplier if they don't want to suffer the same loss.
