What went right is a better question, and it would be quicker to answer. Not much. Disgusting customer service. No reply to any emails asking for delivery updates. Countless calls made and no-one ever answered so had to leave messages and only 1 call back over a 2 week period having rung every day to try and find out where our coop was. It was delivered out of the blue with no advance warning, by a delivery driver who can only be described as rude. Product itself is acceptable, save for the fact that not enough wood for frame was supplied and the assembly instructions appear to have been written by a 3 year old. DO NOT ORDER A COOP FROM THIS COMPANY
