From start to finish it was impeccable. The showroom staff we helpful, informative and personable. They made certain that I understood the delivery timeline, made to order furniture takes time, and kept me informed throughout the wait period.
The delivery personnel were also wonderful and I appreciated the strict adherence to Covid protocols.
