The furniture is beautiful, and we are very happy with it. The delivery of the furniture into the house went perfectly. The order was ready many, many weeks later than originally quoted. While we understand COVID has made things extra complicated, nevertheless, this was frustrating for us. We would rather hear up-front "3 to 6 months", than "2 to 3 months" and have it take an additional 2 months. All in all, we are very happy with the end product, and would order from Chilton again. However, if timing was a critical factor in our decision-making process, honestly we would probably consider taking our business elsewhere.
