When I called Chilton to ask questions about ordering bedroom furniture, I spoke with a very pleasant and knowledgeable saleswoman. Since I live some distance from the showrooms in Maine, she suggested that I order wood samples. Four samples came in two days. They do charge $5.00 per sample but issue a credit if I order furniture. And I definitely will be ordering furniture for two bedrooms!
