Very pleasant experience from the time spent in the showroom to delivery of my furniture. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was kept informed when my order was delayed because of covid. Once the order was delivered and I saw an issue with the size of the hardware used on the doors of my side table it was replaced, with no hesitation, with a new one that had more efficient hardware. When the new table was delivered and they brought the wrong table, Wanda saw to it that the correct table was delivered by the end of the same day. That is what I call good customer service. I will not hesitate to do business with Chilton again.
