Popped into Chivers to try on some Hoka trainers. I explained that I was not looking to buy but just needed to try on the brand as I could not try them out before buying online. The assistant could not have been more helpful and was so knowledgable. He spent 10-15 minutes with me with different sizes to try on. I’m glad I did as he pointed out I would have ordered the wrong size online. Great service and proof of just why we need independent local shops on out high street. Support your local shops…they’re there for a reason! Thank you.
