I really felt good about my bloodwork review and the plan in the beginning of our work together. I was recommended a glp1 and testosterone supplement with a daily dose of their balance and personalized supplements. The shipping is painfully Slow. I thought I would run out of tirzepatide and need it for last Saturday. I emailed a week in advance (10/19) . No one got back to me. I emailed a different person(10/22) From that point on, I paid and then they sent the request to the pharmacy (strive) which still hasn’t finished processing the order so it hasn’t shipped. I had enough for last week but not this week. It has been helping my cravings immensely. Previously I was taking metformin but the side effects were disabling for me. My doctor is workong To get me a new medicine. Meanwhile I paid 800 for a tiny bottle of medicine that hasn’t even shipped yet. Their balance supplement took equally as long to ship. If I had waited for the authorship it wouldn’t have arrived in time. Great concept company but not executed well at all. Hope they can improve or at least be straight up. They led me to believe they would do their best to get the medicine to me by 10/26. Here we are at 11/3 and it hasn’t shipped yet. Ugh.
