Lying Deceitful salesman who sold me a vehicle few months ago, with 12 months warranty. I was told it was an RAC warranty but turns out to be administered by TWG and if you check on line they are the biggest bunch of sharks around. I have a leak from the radiator and TWG state that it isn’t covered as its a consumable part. Chorley agree with them and state that its wear and tear!! The motor ombudsman clarifies a warranty as ""A vehicle warranty provides protection against having to pay for parts and labour following the mechanical or electrical failure of components such as an engine, fuel pump or radiator"". Chorley group refuse to help even though they sold me this 12 month warranty which is useless. They have even suggested I go elsewhere to get the car fixed as they don’t normally service this make of vehicle, but they will gladly sell it to you if you are daft enough to buy it, which I apparently was. !! DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM CHORLEY GROUP and DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TWG SERVICES EVER.
