Bought 2 caps which arrived and I realised didn't suit me. On the website it states that a refund is available for up to 5 days after arrival but gives no directions on where to return to. So I've tried to contact them and there is no contact number and emails just get returned, I guess due to the email address being wrong. There is an option on the website to send a message so this was my final option. I have now sent multiple messages and had no reply. And now the 5 day returns deadline has passed. Understandably I didn't want to just return the caps to the generic address on the website to not receive a refund and just be completely out of pocket. I would strongly recommend that people do not purchase from this site as if you're not 100% happy then you will struggle to be able to return anything.
