I've decided to write a post about Customer Support of Christies Direct. It's been very frustrating to spent $629 for #Shernbao bathing system and I used it only for A WEEK, it started to LEEK! I've been trying to get authorization for a return & reimbursement and NO RESULT!!! Such a hard earned money for a solo groomer as myself and no responsibility from the official #shernbao distributor in USA. There is NO TELEPHONE to call!!!!! Only email - but the woman from support team DIANE just writes me back for 6 WEEKS that she is chasing someone to resolve this issue!!!
