Overall very nice quality and customer service from the CW team. Pros: Value for money, nice quality watch, strap, head, design, etc Cons: One large dust particle noticeable to the naked eye by the "breathing" seconds feature which one would think QC (quality control) would've caught prior to clearing thus as I love the "breathing" seconds feature this dust or cloth hair will annoy me so I will have to take it to my "watch doctor" and pay to have it removed and the glass cleaned which I don't like to do as prefer to leave the factory seal of the watch. 2nd con is concern re the painted lume on the bezel worried this will scratch off as is not inset in the bezel like other brands. Overall Good rating and value for money......just wish they had carefully inspected the watch face at the factory prior to shipping and thus no dust on the inside of my watch face.
