Poor QC and CS
I ordered a CW Twelve (luxury watch), which was faulty on arrival. I contacted CS both through their website (as advised) and by email. It took 5 days to get a reply, which was really not very helpful. Now I have to:
- jump through hoops, complete forms and put lots of details in to arrange a return,
- find a printer,
- visit a DHL drop-off point to send the parcel back,
- wait for the faulty watch to be assessed,
- wait for a refund,
- place a new order for a new watch,
- wait for it to be delivered and hope it works this time.
That's a rubbish customer experience for a luxury product.
Comments about the quality of this service were simply ignored by the CS agent, as was a question about how long it would take for them to process the returned watch.
CW make some nice watches, this was supposed to be my second, but I won't buy from them again unless their QC and CS improve drastically.
