Always a polite prompt service but, on placing my order I asked for the bracelet to be adjusted to 20 cm. When the confirmation of the order came through it stated 22cm, I rung your customer service pointing out my request for 20cm and was told it would be passed on, it still arrived at 22m!!! It is loose now when I'm warm so in the winter it will be very loose and I will not be able to make use of the expanding clasp.
