I ordered a watch due to be sent out a the end of June. It was for a 70th birthday present and when I rang to query when I would be receiving it. I was told that there was a delay due to straps coming from Switzerland and it was possible that I might not receive the watch until the middle of the month, which was too late. When I explained this the operative managed to sort a watch for me and had it sent by special delivery the following day. I was not impressed that there was a delay on the watch but very impressed with how Alex handled this problem. Alex would definitely be working for me!
