Placing the order was simple and it was easy to track the delivery. Packaging is good and the quality of watch is excellent. As a lucky owner of a couple of other "named" brand watches I am delighted with Christopher Ward watch. I expect many years of happy usage. The 60/60 warranty really gave peace of mind, and the easy availability of spares (straps etc.) means that I will wear it regularly.
