My movement warranty was still valid when I sent my watch in for repairs. By the time CW got to repairing the warranty was expired. I was charged for the repair (Scott Callaway keeps claiming it was maintenance). He never explained to me why the warranty did not apply. He kept on repeating that it was outside the warranty (whatever that means). He was also very slow in responding to my emails - days would go by between correspondence.
I am very disappointed in your service. I have recommended CW watches to many of my friends and family over the last 7 years. at least three of those that I spoke to ended up buying a watch. That is at an end. I own 2 CW watches but I don't plan on sending of them back to the UK if I need them repaired or maintained.
When you have a warranty - honor it. If you can't explain yourself. Scott Callaway failed on both accounts.
