The C9 Harrison 5 Day Chronometer is an absolutely stunning watch - it is handsome and superbly engineered, and I am delighted with it. There was a minor issue with the buckle, and I was very impressed by Chris Ward's immediate and whole-hearted response. These guys really do put the customer at the centre of everything they do. Other watch makers (I'm looking at you Richemont Group) would do well to match Christopher Ward's commitment to great value and great customer service. Thank you guys!
