My recent contact with Christopher Ward was to get my original C5 Malvern automatic 18ct gold wristwatch repaired. I managed to break the crown wheel for the second time in a year after a little too much winding and not enough wearing. I simply contacted the company through the website, got a prompt reply, the return pack sent out with the appropriate paperwork and returned it at the Post Office yesterday, at no cost to me.
