I bought an early CW C5 Mk II. It was a bit past time for service. CW serviced the watch well and effectively for a very good price. However, service was more than a bit of a black hole; apparently watches from the U.S. go into a customs-pending bin at the U.K. post, and CW doesn't go retrieve them quickly. I think it was over two weeks from when it made it to "London" and when CW finally processed the paperwork and retrieved it, during which time the only status I received was when I telephoned. Service completion was similar devoid of communications. All told it was about 2-1/3 months from mailing the watch off to receiving it back, with the only CW-generated status being a request for money!
This was complicated by the fact that they apparently created a duplicate account for me, so while I still had the original CW account with original order and watch serial number, they instead connected it to a new account that, and I am absolutely not making this up - this is what they told me, I could not see because it collided with the existing account and that they could not combine with the existing account.
So my "dashboard" had no record of any part of the service during the 10 or so weeks the watch was in-transit and in-process.
On the bright side, the service was, as I said, affordable and well-done.
