Ordered 20mm Bader deployment strap. 22mm strap delivered = poor start.
Contacted CW, 20mm replacement despatched as was pre-paid return envelope. Very smooth and professional.
So, four stars: problem dealt with well, but a little more care would have meant that there wasn't problem in the first place.
Oh! The strap is now fitted and works nicely!!
