I called CW USA to order 2 links for a watchband. They weren't in stock so I was told to call back the next morning when CW UK would be open and they would connect me toll free. The next day I was connected and ordered the two links for 10 dollars including shipping. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this company.
