I would like to express my absolute delight on receiving my two much loved CW watches back from repair. The service was exceptional. I was clearly and accurately informed of the time the repair would take and delivery was fast despite the fact that I live abroad. The repairs were free as I was still within a (staggering generous) 60 month warranty period and CW simply accessed my filed data rather than have me submit proof of purchase. One of the repairs -at least- was required because of an accident that I had had with the watch and I was prepared for a large repair bill for that one. Instead, CW repaired both watches without charge. The repaired watches were then couriered to my location in Sweden also without cost to me. Stunning. I could not be happier with the service I have received. Adam Boys
