I worked with Wera Mettes when ordering my C60. She was fantastic at answering my questions; very informative and responded in a timely manner. I didn't like any of the straps that came with the C60, so she let me swap it with a C8 strap at no extra charge. Through no fault of CW, USPS took almost 4 weeks to deliver my watch. Wera said she'd be happy to ship via DHL on my next order. Will certainly do business with again.
