Christopher Ward has one of the best customer service systems. I don't say this lightly. I just had one of my CW watches serviced and not only was the price right, I dealt with truly pleasant people at CW, each of whom has the customer at heart. The serviced watch even came back in a proper watch box. The difference is marked - take your Omega along for a service (if you can find anyone to service it) and you'll likely be charged the same as if you were taking your car in to a dealer. CW makes great watches at all price points, and looks after you forever after. Honestly.
